MINING WATER TREATMENT PLANT
Our clients value Montana Ironworks’ commitment to safety, quality, proficiency, and professionalism. This is especially relevant on long-duration projects in challenging conditions.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Fabrication of three field-erected storage tanks, as well as peripheral carbon and stainless steel piping.
A mining operation’s water treatment plant in a mountainous location required additional capacity for processing. Montana Ironworks fit, erected, and welded three water treatment tanks, installed all required carbon steel piping for the treatment process, as well as piping connections to the treatment equipment and tanks. Montana Ironworks also fabricated and installed pipe supports for all piping within the treatment plant, in addition to installing all the accompanying tank access staircases. Weather conditions and travel to this remote location required additional preparation. This project consisted of several scopes being completed on a tight schedule. Montana Ironworks completed the project on time and within budget while working collaboratively with numerous contractors onsite and maintaining our commitment to safety and quality throughout the duration of the project.
